<p>The symptoms are highly variable, complicating our analysis.

To identify the source of the issue(s), we may be required to temporarily disable internal (FSVM) network segments ; this will be scheduled outside business hours, and pre-announced in due time ; impact to IRC services availability will be minimized where possible.</p>

<p>While preparing for a server migration, a cable mismanipulation resulted in the interruption of virtual server hosting, causing outage of several IRC services.</p>

<p>Currently, the following services are interrupted :</p>

<li>Schedule</li>
<li>KanBoard</li>
<li>DB1 Database (Access , publicWWW, intraWWW/OLWOIS)</li>

<p>The incident was used to partially implement the planned server migration, which is now 90% completed.</p>
