Since 08:13, there are problems authenticating on the IRC proxy server.
At this moment it is not possible to control a local pc from a remote network (from home).
We are investigating.
15:13 Further research did not reveal the erroneous operational events on the authentication server, which led to the issue on the proxy server.
As no permanent remediation has been executed, we will closely monitor the authentication server for repeating events.
As the proxy issue has been fully mitigated, this ticket is marked as 'fixed'.
