We are experiencing a network interruption due to a failing firewall server ; most services are currently unavailable.
The outage was caused by a hardware failure in the primary firewall.
We've spent some time determining the cause and scope of the incident. Once the analysis was completed, we migrated over to a secondary firewall and got the systems up and running again.
The incident caused a complete loss of connectivity from approximately 08:30 - 13:45
We identified the problem and are currently in the process of resolving the issue
