Campus Ardoyen : power outage

Due to the prolongued Ardoyen campus power outage (https://helpdesk.ugent.be/nieuws/index.php?id=346), we have shutdown some FSVM1-located IRC servers as a precautionary measure (the majority of IRC servers is located at the iGent datacenter, and are still on-line).

The affected servers (eduroam, sso, ...) will be restarted as soon as circumstances permit.

10:30 GE License server is now up and running.

19:23 a single subsystem (GE License Server) is still off-line ; to be investigated.

19:22 Power was restored at approx. 17:55.
