[EXT] Belnet is reporting issues with some (most) of their services

Belnet is reporting issues with some of their services.

This has a major impact on Eduroam / Guestroam functionality. DNS may also be impacted.

Belnet reports: a temporary workaround has been implemented and our services are again operational, the root cause is not known yet, this will be investigated soon
