Upgrade the Single Sign On (SSO) to version v26.x

Impact

• During the migration, https://sso.irc.ugent.be will not be available.

This will result in not being able to log in to multiple services including (but not limited to):

• https://wiki.irc.ugent.be
• https://rdg.irc.ugent.be
• https://project.irc.ugent.be/kb
