FS6 (BioIT storage) performance issues

FS6: BioIT storage server is experiencing performance issues impacting services depending on this storage as:

BioIT2 Web Server
BioIT3 Web Server

Resetting the server resolved the issue.

FS6 has a malfunction PCIe slot (most probably caused by the previous power outage).

Belnet/Internet Incident : Belnet/UGentNet network issues

We are experiencing network issues on our upstream UGentNet/Belnet internet providers (consequently affecting many IRC, and other entities, network services).

12:49 Belnet mitigated their issue at 12:12.

Guacamole - Remote Connectivity Unavailable : IRC Guacamole

Due to the general power outage which occured at iGent @ 22/02 - 08:08, IRC Guacamole remains unavailable.

DNS/Reverse proxy settings have been updated/fixed.

IRC Guacamole service is available again.

The source of the outage has been identified as a reverse proxy/DNS issue.

Incident : iGent power outage

This morning at 08:08 , a new general power outage occured at iGent. All IRC ICT services are now up again.
